Judy Golding at Salisbury Literary Festival

2017 marks the inaugural Salisbury Literary Festival, and we are delighted to announce that there will be a special William Golding event. Golding’s daughter Judy will be in conversation with Nicola Presley, Lecturer in English at Bath Spa University, in the beautiful setting of the refectory of Salisbury Cathedral. Golding lived and worked in Salisbury for most of his life, and many of his books, including Lord of the FliesThe Inheritors, and Free Fall were written in the city. In addition, Salisbury Cathedral is the setting for The Spire.

The event takes place on October 29th, 6.30pm. Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance.
