On Hobbits and Hominins: free event

The Museum of Natural History in Oxford has a fantastic free event on Tuesday 6th December. On Hobbits and Hominins will feature John Holmes, Professor of Literature and Culture at the University of Birmingham, Rebecca Wragg-Sykes, author of Kindred and an archaeologist, and Tom Higham, Professor of Scientific Archaeology at the University of Vienna. They will be discussing how the story of our species has been told through literature and science, and Golding’s The Inheritors will be one of the books featured.
